Do you have warranties for your products?

All of our products are under a 5-year warranty. This gives you enough time to try them out all you want. If any hardware displays any factory defect, then all you need to do is to contact us so that we can immediately replace them. But rest assured that we test everything individually first at our laboratories before we bring them to install at your place.

What is your installation hours?

For new products, we are open from 8 AM to 9 PM daily to assist you. However, for technical support, we are available 24/7 to address your concerns. This is an emergency hotline you can call just in case there are problems in your security systems.

What places do you cover?

We are available in the whole state of Arizona. We are on-call however in some states. So just in case you need a security system installed outside Arizona, we can help you with that too.

Do you install the devices you sell?

Yes, we do. We only trust our own specialists to do the work when it comes to our products. Such wirings are proven to be complicated for those who are not well-versed to the inside and outside the function of our security devices. Also, for security measures, only people from BRS Labs are authorized to install and remove these devices from your homes. If tampered with, it has an adaptive lock which would immediately secure your property. So if you want to remove it, just call us.
